This blog chronicles CARECEN's participation in a delegation organized by the Salvadoran American National Network (SANN) to observe the 2009 Salvadoran elections. CARECEN's participation in the delegation is part of the organization's transnational work as a member of SANN and the National Alliance of Latin American and Caribbean Communities (NALACC)
